What should I do if my contactless card has been lost or stolen?

You should notify us as soon as possible by calling Adam Card Services on 0131 278 3888 (within the UK) or +44 (0)131 278 3888 (outside the UK). If anyone has fraudulently used your contactless card to make a transaction, as long as you have kept your details safe, you will not be responsible for any losses incurred.
