I have forgotten my mobile PIN what should I do?

If you have forgotten your mobile PIN you will need to go through the mobile activation process on this device.

  • Open the mobile app and select Cancel or Close to take you to the main menu
  • Select Forgotten PIN
  • Select OK to deactivate the mobile app from this device
  • Open the mobile app
  • Login to the Coutts app using your username and your mobile password and select Login.
  • If the device you are activating is displayed in the existing devices screen, select to remove this device, select Next
  • Enter a device name
  • Enter the SMS activation code in the Activation Code field
  • Enter a 6 digit PIN that you will use with the mobile app and confirm the PIN
  • Enable Face ID, Touch ID or Fingerprint for Android if required, select OK

The mobile app is now active
