Can I disable my access to the mobile service?

No - instead you are able to activate or deactivate your mobile devices. If you do not wish to use the mobile service, simply deactive all your mobile devices.

  • Select Personal Settings
  • Select Adam Mobile
  • Select a device
  • Select Delete

Please note if you are a AdamID user, you will need to keep one device active in order to log in to Adam Online.
