How can I reactivate my mobile access?

to reactivate a mobile device to use to access Coutts Mobile.

To activate a device, simply follow the activation process:

  • Open the mobile app
  • Login to the Adam app using your username and your mobile password and select Login
  • If the device you are activating is displayed in the existing devices screen, select to remove this device, select Next
  • Enter a device name
  • Enter the SMS activation code in the Activation Code field
  • Enter a 6 digit PIN that you will use with the mobile app and confirm the PIN
  • Enable Face ID, Touch ID or Fingerprint for Android if required, select OK

The mobile app is now active
