I am having trouble logging in to the mobile service. What should I do?

  • If you are having trouble logging into the service, please try checking your mobile network signal and that you have data access through your mobile device.
  • If you are abroad, check to see whether you have data roaming services set up as these allow you to use mobile data abroad. The service will not work without a valid data or WIFI connection.
