Why can’t I see the account I want to make a payment from?

The accounts you see in the payment screen are those that are available to you on Adam Online. To find out the status of your accounts that you currently cannot see, contact your Private Banker or Adam 24 on +44 (0) 131 278 3777 who will be happy to assist you.

If you are a business user, please contact your administrator who may need to assign other accounts to you.
