Why can’t I authorise a payment awaiting authorisation?

The payment overview screen displays all payments that are pending, waiting for the due date or are in need of attention. Payments that are in need of attention may need authorising if the money is being sent to a new payee or they may need approving before they can be processed. You are only able to authorise payments according to your user permissions and these payments will be highlighted with this icon Adam-action-alert

 

If you cannot authorise a payment it will be because you do not hold the permissions that enable you to carry out this process and you should refer to your administrator.
